Perhaps. But I also want to tell you just how much I'm in love with you, but I feel like there are not enough words in the world to do so.

I can have boundless patience for people I'm fond of.

I always fear that your patience would run out with me. But... I suppose that is what love is, correct? Or, at least, a part of what love is?

I will admit you have tested my patience at times. But I haven't met the end of it with you. Not even close.

What are you doing, aside from writing poetry?

Not much in particular. I felt that tonight was a tea drinking poetry night. I felt that it's the easiest way to unwind from work.

How about you? What were you doing before I so rudely interrupted you with my poetry?

Nothing of importance. In fact I had barely been home a few minutes.

A shame I didn't catch you sooner. I would have invited you over for tea. Or, perhaps, a stronger drink.
